Security, privacy and artwork records

ArChainify is designed so that authentication is not treated as permission. Access to private artwork, financial and assessment data is checked against server-side account relationships and capabilities.

Account security

Authentication is handled through the configured identity provider. Sensitive actions are authorised on the server rather than by hidden interface controls.

Artwork privacy

Public visibility does not grant access to private artwork records. Unlisted and private records are not included in public artwork pages.

Certificates & provenance

Certificate QR codes resolve to a canonical verification page. Public verification does not display owner, payment or contact information.

Payments & financial data

Payments use Stripe-hosted Checkout and signed webhook processing. ArChainify does not collect raw card numbers, CVV, bank credentials or wallet keys in profile forms.

Data controls

Wallets, billing records and assessment reports are account-private. Controlled sharing features are not yet publicly available.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security issue, contact the ArChainify team with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not include passwords, card details or private documents in an unsolicited message.
